Surrender Syndrome: McConnell Rapidly Tipping His Hand
Daniel Horowitz writes at Conservative Review:
For those of you perplexed by the flaccid leadership qualities of Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), there appears to be a method to their madness.
Apparently, they plan to capitulate so quickly on so many issues that Obama will become flummoxed and overwhelmed by processing so many capitulations at once.
Maybe that will slow down the pace of his effort to transform America.
Earlier this week, McConnell publicly surrendered on not one, but two significant issues: raising the debt ceiling and confirming Loretta Lynch as Attorney General.
