According to the UK Evening Standard, London's Muslim mayor Sadiq Khan said after the NYC bombings: "Part and parcel of living in a great global city is you've got to be prepared for these things."

We're all for being prepared. But let's be clear, Mr. Mayor: Surrendering to an inhumane status quo of terror, Islamic or otherwise, is not an option. Not for London, not for New York City, not for anywhere.

No civilzed town or city or shopping mall should ever accept that terror is "part and parcel" of their lives. Such "acceptance" sounds a little too much like "surrender."

Here's a better idea. What Islamic terrorists should know and accept, and what the Muslim mayor of London should know and accept, is that evil can never be mainstreamed as the "new normal."

That evil might be wrapped up in religion, it might be wrapped up in secularism, it might be wrapped up in "tolerance," "equality," and "diversity." It could even be wrapped up in victimhood. No matter. The naked evil underneath it all is to be exposed and defeated for the ugliness and inhumanity for which it stands.     

Love of neighbor realizes that part and parcel of being human is asking questions, taking names, and overcoming evil with good. Next time you vote for mayor, London, hire a bloke or blokette who counsels victory, not surrender.

The Footage went far and wide, and was trumpeted everywhere as evidence of "Islamophobia" spreading like Ebola in Europe: a hijabbed Muslim woman was brutally mown down by a speeding car during a protest in the Muslim neighborhood of Molenbeek in Brussels.

A passenger even leaned out of the car after hitting the woman and took a photo.

The gruesome footage spread everywhere as evidence that the "far-right," you see, had declared open season on poor Muslim migrants, and Muslims all across the continent were endangered.

The only problem was that this scenario of white racists preying upon innocent Muslims, so wildly popular in the international media, was false yet again: people in the hit-and-run car were Muslims.

"In today’s politically correct environment, hate crimes are political capital," Spencer explains. "They foster the impression that resistance to Islamic terrorism equals hatred of Muslims, and results in the victimization of innocent people."

Consider, therefore, that "Hamas-linked CAIR and other Islamic supremacist organizations want and need hate crimes against Muslims, because they’re the currency they use to buy power and influence in our victimhood-oriented society, and to deflect attention away from jihad terror and onto Muslims as putative victims," Spencer writes. "Want power and influence? Be a victim!"

Read more as Robert Spencer makes that case that this hit-and-run "is just another in a long line of 'Islamophobic hate crimes' that turns out to have been perpetrated by Muslims. Indeed, many of them are actually faked by Muslims."

"ISIS has reportedly crucified Indian priest Fr. Thomas Uzhunnalil on Good Friday. Fr. Uzhunnalil was kidnapped by ISIS on March 4 while working in Yemen at a home run by the Missionaries of Charity,' according to Christine Rousselle at Townhall.

"However, the Rome bureau chief for Catholic News Service said Bishop Paul Hinder -- based in the United Arab Emirates' capital of Abu Dhabi -- had 'indications' the Indian priest was still alive. Cindy Wooden tweeted the news Monday," Fox News reports.

"It's unrealistic to say we're going to completely shut down our borders," Hillary Clinton said this morning on the Today show.

The name of the popular Middle Eastern restaurant where the murderous machete attack took place is Nazareth -- the childhood home of Jesus.

The owner is an "outspoken Christian" from Israel.

Law enforcement said, "There's nothing to lead us to believe this is anything more than a random attack."

Right off the bat they are saying it isn't terror. Which means it's terror.

One witness told My Fox 28 Columbus that the scene in the restaurant was pure "carnage" and it seemed like a "systematic attack."

The Gahanna News tweeted this: "Breaking: Machete attack appears terror related. Suspect asked owner where he was from (Israel) before returning to attack."

Name of suspect: Mohammed Berry -- of "Somali background and may have traveled to Dubai in 2012," states TV10.com.

CBS reports "that law enforcement is concerned that this incident has the hallmarks of the type of so-called 'lone wolf' terrorist attack that they have been working to stop."

"Another Muslim world phenomenon being imported into the West," Frontpagemag.com states. Perhaps Mr. Obama could address this issue the next time he visits a mosque.

A new video released by the ISIS terror group late Sunday shows nine of the extremists who carried out the Nov. 13 attacks in Paris beheading and shooting captives, as well as training with weapons while plotting the carnage that left 130 dead in the French capital.

The 17-minute video shows the extent of the planning that went into the multiple attacks in Paris, which French authorities have said from the beginning was planned in Syria. The video was provided online by the SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors jihadi websites.

"The video also contains threats against the United Kingdom, showing images of London landmarks Tower Bridge and St. Paul's Cathedral and claiming extremists are ready to strike 'anytime, anywhere'," according to Fox. "At one point, the image of British Prime Minister David Cameron is shown with a crosshair over his face."

"A narrator describes the terrorists as 'nine lions of the caliphate who were mobilised from their lairs to make a whole country, France, get down on its knees," Fox reports.

Besides acts of sexual and religious terrorism meant to break down German society, the attacks against the women and the cathedral were also a show of Islamic power. Women and religious minorities can be terrorised by Muslim mobs just like in Islamic countries. Their reach is growing.

But perhaps the most important message the New Year’s Eve events were meant to convey was directed at Muslims living in Germany and the Islamic world. And the message is that Germany cannot protect either its women or its religion. It is weak.

"Because of this realization, Dawkins wondered aloud whether Christianity might indeed offer an antidote to protect western civilization against jihad," Williams continues.

"I have mixed feelings about the decline of Christianity, in so far as Christianity might be a bulwark against something worse," Williams quotes Dawkins as saying.

One police officer said he hadn't seen anything like it in nearly 30 years and was struck by the high number of migrants and level of disrespect toward police officers. (Medical teams working that night confirmed the mob was comprised of "asylum seekers" and victims also corroborated that perpetrators were "migrants.")

Hillary Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri struggled Sunday to defend her boss' claim that videos of Donald Trump's anti-Muslim rhetoric were being used as recruitment tools for the Islamic State.

Appearing on ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos, Palmieri appeared uncomfortable backing Clinton's claim at Saturday's debate that fact-checkers from the New York Post and PolitiFact have debunked.  

"Um, the uh, uh, you know, Donald Trump, I think, was talking–uh, you know, what Secretary Clinton was saying last night is that one of the many dangerous things about Donald Trump is that, uh, his hot rhetoric, saying we shouldn't allow Muslim refugees into the country, is being used, and this is something that [an international group] has, who monitors social media and uh, on ISIS, has said --" the Clinton staffer is quoted as saying "before Stephanopoulos cut in," according to Fox News.

"But there have been no videos," Fox quotes Stephanopoulos as saying.

"Well, what they have said is that they are using him -- he is being used in social media by ISIS as propaganda," Palmieri reportedly said "sounding almost out of breath." Fox reports.

Hillary Clitnon "didn’t have a particular video in mind, but he's being used in social media, and uh, you know, what they haven't found is the video Mr. Trump keeps talking about, this alleged mystery video of thousands of people in Jersey cheering the collapse of the World Trade Center. But it is true he is being used in social media by, um, ISIS, to, to help recruit and propaganda," Palmieri said, according to Fox.

“But to be clear, you don’t have a video, as she said," Stephanopoulos stated, Fox reports (emphasis added).

Meanwhile, "She's" -- that is, Hillary Clinton's -- "a liar and everybody knows that," Donald Trump said Sunday on Meet the Press, in response to Clinton's accusation made during Saturday evening's Democrat debate, Newsmax reports.

"In the name of Allah, the merciful, full of grace," the letters begin. "You who are not believers will be decapitated in three days in your own house."

The battle over Syrian refugees is raging on as the White House doubles down on their policy to bring 10,000 refugees from terror hot spots to U.S. soil over the coming months. But a new report from Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions details 12 alarming instances of refugees being connected to terrorism just this year.

"There are many more examples of refugees being tied to terrorism since 9/11," Pavlich continues. "Last week President Obama accused Republicans of being afraid of 'widows and orphans' after raising concerns, along with Democrats, about the vetting process for new refugees."

Meanwhile, this just in: "FBI, Homeland Security" have raised concerns about Thanksgiving terror, issuing a "New Warning of Copycat Terror Attacks," Newsmax is reporting this morning. 

These security authorities have released a "bulletin to 18,000 law enforcement agencies across the country warning of copycat attacks, similar to the Paris terrorist strikes that killed 130 people earlier this month," Newsmax reports.

Also, according to a recent Bloomberg poll, a majority of Americans oppose Obama on the question of Syrian refugees.

"Most Americans want the U.S. to stop letting in Syrian refugees amid fears of terrorist infiltrations after the Paris attacks, siding with Republican presidential candidates, governors, and lawmakers who want to freeze the Obama administration’s resettlement program," Bloomberg reports.

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump says he would "absolutely" use a database to track Muslims in the U.S. "I would certainly implement that," Trump said Thursday, according to MSNBC.

Asked whether Muslims would be legally required to sign up for such a database, the businessman said, "They have to be -- they have to be."

"[The database] would stop people from coming in illegally. We have to stop people from coming into our country illegally," he added.

"Trump had said earlier Wednesday that he believes that the war on terror will require unprecedented surveillance of America's Muslims. 'Certain things will be done that we never thought would happen in this country in terms of information and learning about the enemy,' he said in a Yahoo interview," The Hill reports.

"We’re going to have to do things that were frankly unthinkable a year ago," Trump said, according to The Hill.

"The atrocious Paris attacks shows that [the] scourge of terrorism can strike anywhere and anytime," Jordan King Abdullah II said while visiting Kosovo, Breitbart reports.

In contrast to Barack Obama, who mocked Republicans who warn about terrorists disguised as refugees crossing borders, the king of Jordan said, "Groups such as Daesh (ISIS) expose themselves daily as savage outlaws of religion devoid of humanity respecting no laws and no boundaries."

Obama has castigated GOP candidates for U.S. president, saying they are "scared of widows and orphans."

King Abdullah said, "We must act fast and holistically to tackle and respond to the interconnected threats whether it is in this region, Africa, Asia, or in Europe," Breitbart reports.

"The atrocious Paris attacks shows that scourge of terrorism can strike anywhere and anytime," the Jordanian king said.

The following statement was released November 15 by the office of Alabama governor Robert Bentley:

Governor Robert Bentley on Sunday announced he is refusing Syrian refugees relocating to Alabama.

"After full consideration of this weekend's attacks of terror on innocent citizens in Paris, I will oppose any attempt to relocate Syrian refugees to Alabama through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. As your Governor, I will not stand complicit to a policy that places the citizens of Alabama in harm's way," Governor Robert Bentley said.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is working diligently with the FBI, DHS and federal intelligence partners to monitor any possible threats. Law enforcement presence has been increased at major gathering events in Alabama to further insure the safety of citizens. To date, there has been no credible intelligence of any terrorist threats in Alabama.

Alabama currently has one U.S. State Department approved refugee processing center in Mobile. There have been no Syrian refugees relocated in Alabama to date, though neighboring states have processed a number of refugees.

“The acts of terror committed over the weekend are a tragic reminder to the world that evil exists and takes the form of terrorists who seek to destroy the basic freedoms we will always fight to preserve. I will not place Alabamians at even the slightest, possible risk of an attack on our people. Please continue to join me in praying for those who have suffered loss and for those who will never allow freedom to fade at the hands of terrorists," Governor Bentley added.

GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush is defending his brother, former President George W. Bush, against GOP frontrunner Donald Trump’s reminder that 9-11 occurred under George W. Bush's watch.

But the International Business Times (IBT) reports a number of the hijackers on 9-11 actually obtained Florida drivers licenses -- or I.D. cards -- while Jeb Bush was governor, which allowed them to blend into society.

"Breitbart News' Julia Hahn reported that Jeb Bush’s own writings -- reveal that even the Bushes admit that 'leaky' immigration enforcement was a major driving factor in leading to the terrorist attacks," Breitbart reports.

Yesterday’s brutal knife attack on the U.S.-born French train hero Spencer Stone is yet more evidence suggesting that Stone and his fellow heroes are being targeted, possibly by Islamic terrorists.

"In just the span of a week, this is the second time a world-famous American Christian who overwhelmed a would-be mass-murdering jihadist terrorist on a train in Europe two months ago appears to have been targeted," Vadum writes.

"You can make a dirty bomb, which would be perfect for the Islamic State," an arms smuggler is quoted as saying to a potential buyer in Moldova in an Associated Press report published Wednesday. "If you have a connection with them, the business will go smoothly."

Arms smugglers, says the report, are specifically targeting Islamic jihad groups, principally but not solely the Islamic State, to sell them material for bombs -- including nuclear material.

One explained: "I really want an Islamic buyer because they will bomb the Americans."

This could be one aspect of Barack Obama's inhumane legacy: A mushroom cloud rising above American soil.

When Sheriff Scott Israel made the decision to hire Florida CAIR leader Nezar Hamze as a Deputy Sheriff at the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO), he did so knowing that Hamze was involved with a Muslim group with, at the very least, a questionable background. And he did so against the advice of three ranking officials from the Sheriff’s office, who refused to recommend Hamze a little over one year prior to Hamze’s hiring."

"Surely" Sheriff Israel "would know that CAIR was founded by individuals associated with Hamas," Kaurman observes. "Indeed, CAIR was established as part of a terrorist umbrella organization led by the then-global head of Hamas, Mousa Abu Marzook, who was based in the United States at the time."

The upshot is that Sheriff Israel "has compromised the BSO and exposed local and national security to a threat from within," Kaufman argues.

"Scott Israel has ignored the directives of his distinguished BSO colleagues and has done what, for many, is the unthinkable," Kaufman continues. "He has brought together the worlds of law enforcement and terrorism."

By the way, those directives, those "non-recommendations," "may have had a little to do with the fact that Hamze was found to be lying on his polygraph test," Kaufman suggests.

"According to BSO Polygraphist Melissa Broadhurst, 'It is the opinion of this examiner that the applicant had chart reactions to the following polygraph test questions: lying about use of marijuana, lying about use of illegal drugs, lying about buying illegal drugs'," Kaufman writes.

What should happen now? "Sheriff Israel’s resignation should be swift," Kaufman concludes, "so that the BSO and the community can move on to leadership who will serve to protect and not place the community in danger."

Oliver Darcy reports at the Blaze:

The Denver division of the FBI issued an alert to law enforcement in Colorado and Wyoming over suspicious behavior from "Middle-Eastern males" who have approached families members of military personnel in recent weeks.

The bulletin, issued in July but only attracting attention in recent days, cited an incident when the wife of a military member was "approached in front of her home by Middle-Eastern males" who told her that she was "the wife of a US interrogator." The alert said when the woman denied the claim the "men laughed." The individuals eventually left the area, but were seen in the area on other occasions, according to the bulletin.

"The FBI added that similar incidents were reported in Wyoming throughout June," the Blaze reports.

"On numerous occasions family members of military personnel were confronted by Middle Eastern males in front of their homes," the Blaze quotes the alert as saying.

"The males have attempted to obtain personal information about the military men’s family members through intimidation," the FBI alert states, according to the Blaze.

"The FBI said in the bulletin that the men have not been identified and urged individuals to report 'concerning additional incidents," the Blaze reports.

Who might be behind this intimidation? "The Islamic State terror group has on several occasions threatened to strike military members in their homes," the Blaze states.

"In March, a group calling itself the 'Islamic State Hacking Division' posted a list of addresses purportedly belonging to approximately 100 military members. The group called for their beheadings, saying it leaked the information 'so that our bothers residing in America can deal with you'," according to the Blaze.

In a column with the kicker "Another Muslim heeds the Islamic State's call to murder military personnel," Robert Spencer writes:

A Muslim named Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez opened fire at a Navy recruitment center and a Marine Reserve Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee on Thursday morning, murdering four Marines.

It was yet another Islamic State attack inside the United States, emphasizing once again that the U.S. is at war, and that the war is here, now, on our soil.

Final sentence: "Is there any limit to the weakness, fecklessness and refusal to face reality of America’s current leadership? Is there any limit to the willingness of the majority of the American public to put up with all this? This unreality and indifference is only going to grow more costly."

Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro used the opening segment of her show on Saturday to issue a fiery rebuke of the "politically correct class" that she says is bent on restricting the First Amendment, and expressed fears that some will try to align free speech with "Shariah requirements." 

"Free speech in America is nonnegotiable -- no matter what the perceived consequences, no matter the worry about retribution from Islamic extremists," Pirro said. "Period. The end of the story." 

"She went on to defend Pamela Geller, the head of the American Freedom Defense Initiative, the group that organized the draw Muhammad cartoon contest at the center of a shooting in Garland, Texas, last week, noting that she -- and every other American -- has the right to utter comments that both offend and insult."

"She has the right to say whatever she wants,” Hallowell quotes Pirro as stating, although Pirro "added that she disagreed with Geller’s tactics and said that the contest was 'probably a dumb move'," according to Hallowell.

"That aside, Pirro believes that Geller has forced people to look at the issue of free speech to assess whether Americans are truly willing to uphold it, proceeding to deliver a tough message to those on the left whom she believes want to restrict the First Amendment," Hallowell reports.

"Was anyone drawing a cartoon of Muhammad when they hit us at the World Trade Center? They hate us," Pirro is quoted as saying of Islamic terrorists. "They don’t need a reason to kill us. . . . We need to stop blaming the victim and start killing the murderers . . . political correctness be d-----. We are at war,” Pirro said, according to Hallowell.

"Pirro added that she believes no Americans should fear living under any requirements that curtail religious critiques. 'I don’t have to live under any religious rule, especially one that tells me not to criticize someone else’s prophet'," Hallowell quotes the judge as saying.

Pam Geller was among those targeted for murder last Sunday in Garland, Texas, by Islamists who objected to a Mohammad cartoon contest sponsored by her organization.

Her point is to promote freedom, including freedom of speech, a Creator-sourced human right (see the Declaration of Independence) that was protected by a security team that included a police officer with a handgun and very good aim.

In a follow-up story titled, "Victim-Blaming CNN Attacks Pam Geller," John Nolte of Breitbart.com writes:

CNN’s fury against Geller started first thing morning at the hands of New Day co-anchor Alisyn Camerota.

Forget all the good memories you have of Camerota at Fox News.

She went the full-CNN against Geller, attacking the activist as a bigot who is unnecessarily provocative.

Camerota’s victim-blaming was disgraceful, and Geller ran circles around her.

Would Camerota ask a rape victim if her clothes were too provocative?

Of course not.

But Camerota insisted the Geller’s speech-skirt was cut too high, that she provoked her attackers.

"Not to be outdone," Nolte continues, "hideous mean girl Carol Costello grabbed the anchor baton from Camerota and brought on guest after guest to repeat CNN’s belief that Geller was begging for it."

Human freedom did not emerge out of a vacuum, and it cannot be protected in a vacuum. Many people and many worldviews, religions, and philosophies despise it. Others may appreciate it but lack a basis for sustaining it.

Thus it must be protected and advanced, not only against foes from without but also against foes from within. And people who lack understanding need to gain wisdom, lest their liberty is taken while they sleep.

Therefore, bravo Pam Geller and bravo well-trained, courageous police officers. But not so much for CNN.

A video sting operation shows Cornell’s assistant dean for students, Joseph Scaffido, agreeing to everything suggested by an undercover muckraker posing as a Moroccan student.

Scaffido casually endorses inviting an ISIS "freedom fighter" to conduct a "training camp" for students at the upstate Ithaca campus -- bizarrely likening the activity to a sports camp.

"Is it OK to bring a humanitarian pro-'Islamic State Iraq and Syria' group on campus, the undercover for conservative activist James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas asks. Sure, Scaffido says in the recorded March 16 meeting," according to the Post.

"The undercover asked if he can invite 'a freedom fighter to come and do like a training camp for students.' Scaffido responds, 'You would be allowed to do something like that. "Jihadi John" has been unmasked.

The infamous masked ISIS madman seen in gruesome videos beheading Western hostages was identified by media outlets Thursday as Mohammed Emwazi -- who has been on the British terror watch list.

The BBC reported that the Kuwaiti-born Emwazi is in his mid-20s and from West London. British authorities chose not to identify him earlier due to operational reasons.

"The ruthless thug first appeared in a video in August as he apparently killed American journalist James Foley," according to the Post.

"It is believed he later was seen in videos as he beheaded US journalist Steven Sotloff, British aid worker David Haines, British cabdriver Alan Henning and US aid worker Abdul-Rahman Kassig, also known as Peter," the Post reports.
