It's really up to Muslims.  If they're concerned about Islamophobia, they need to call off the jihad.  They need to stop killing and persecuting non-Muslims.  It won't be easy, because they've been doing it for 1500 years.  But that's the solution.

Normal humans who are alive generally like to stay that way. It's part of the structural blessings embedded into human nature by the Creator who endows human beings with unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

This Creator, by the way, is not very "religious" (the way that term is dumbed-down and deployed these days) but rather welcomes discussion, the evaluation of evidence, listening to alternative viewpoints, and drawing real-world, publicly actionable conclusions that are rationally sound, evidentially supported, and existentially viable. It's a "test everything" mentality (I've written about here) and a free-thinker's paradise.

In matters of truth and humanness, the sharpest sword is the most dull of instruments. And the most accurate laser bullet misses by a mile.

To concerned Muslims, my suggestion: Stop killing, start thinking. It's the humane thing to do, and it has the verifiable Creator's seal of approval.

According to the UK Evening Standard, London's Muslim mayor Sadiq Khan said after the NYC bombings: "Part and parcel of living in a great global city is you've got to be prepared for these things."

We're all for being prepared. But let's be clear, Mr. Mayor: Surrendering to an inhumane status quo of terror, Islamic or otherwise, is not an option. Not for London, not for New York City, not for anywhere.

No civilzed town or city or shopping mall should ever accept that terror is "part and parcel" of their lives. Such "acceptance" sounds a little too much like "surrender."

Here's a better idea. What Islamic terrorists should know and accept, and what the Muslim mayor of London should know and accept, is that evil can never be mainstreamed as the "new normal."

That evil might be wrapped up in religion, it might be wrapped up in secularism, it might be wrapped up in "tolerance," "equality," and "diversity." It could even be wrapped up in victimhood. No matter. The naked evil underneath it all is to be exposed and defeated for the ugliness and inhumanity for which it stands.     

Love of neighbor realizes that part and parcel of being human is asking questions, taking names, and overcoming evil with good. Next time you vote for mayor, London, hire a bloke or blokette who counsels victory, not surrender.

In an article titled "Jihad Strikes in Minnesota, Right in the Heart of Refugee Country," Daniel Horowitz writes at CR:

Just this weekend, there was a bombing in Manhattan that injured 29 people, an explosion in Seaside, New Jersey, and a stabbing in St. Cloud, Minnesota that injured nine.

While the details concerning the first two events are still murky, the attack in Minnesota was clearly an act of jihad.

Which raises the obvious question: Why does our federal government continue to seed Minnesota with more refugees from the Middle East before getting a handle on the existing problems of assimilation and radicalization?

"Since 1993, we've admitted roughly 115,000 Somali immigrants nationwide -- mostly through the refugee program -- at an average clip of 10,000 a year," Horowitz continues. "Almost 100 percent of them are Muslim."

Minnesota today is "home to at least 30,000 Somalis," which leads Horowitz to note: "Given the threat of individual jihad cultivated by radicalized communities within our country, it simply defies logic that we would continue admitting Somali refugees 25 years later and flooding areas like St. Cloud with more refugees than they can absorb and assimilate."

Horowitz concludes with a challenge: "For Congress to give Obama a blank-check budget bill this week without addressing the security problems with refugees would represent the most appalling dereliction of duty."

Obama, Congress, and the people of Minnesota -- and, really, any person concerned about importing terror into America -- would do well to heed these words of warning against self-inflicted pain and suffering: "Can a man carry fire next to his chest and his clothes not be burned? Or can one walk on hot coals and his feet not be scorched?" (Proverbs 6:27,28).

Campaigners in Tuscany are fighting against a plan to build a mosque a few hundred yards from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. 

They are concerned that it is too close to the stone tower, one of Italy's best known tourist attractions, and fear that it could become a centre for radicalisation of local Muslims, of whom there are around 600. 

The building of the mosque in Via del Brennero has been provisionally approved by Pisa's centre-left council but campaigners are gathering signatures for a petition calling for a local referendum on the issue.

"According to a recent poll, 57 per cent of Pisans are against the mosque," says campaign leader Gianluca Gambini, the Telegraph reports. 

“It's not just that it would be built in the wrong location, just 400 metres from the Leaning Tower, but also because people know that mosques are places where there is a risk of radicalisation," Gambini says, according to the Telegraph.

The outspoken Wisconsin businessman looking to unseat House Speaker Paul Ryan in the state's congressional primary says Muslims in the United States who adhere to Shariah law should be deported since the ideology is in "direct conflict with the U.S. Constitution."

Paul Nehlen gave an intense radio interview with "Chicago's Morning Answer" on Monday saying he believes Muslims in the United States should be subjected a religious test to determine if they're Shariah-compliant -- then acknowledged there's no way to "vet" that process.

Islam is a religion that encourages its followers to lie to infidels and to impose its will upon individuals and societies by force, by the sword, by acts of terror.

From the point of view of Islam, the United States is a nation of infidels founded upon the documents of infidels -- such as the U.S. Constitution, for example.

As a matter of principle, as a matter of fidelity to Shariah law, therefore, no Sharia-compliant Muslim can be trusted when taking the oath to "protect and defend" that infidel document known as the U.S. Constitution.

In such a setting, to lie under oath is linguistic and legal terror. It is the vocal parallel to Islamic physical terror.

It is a spiritual terror directed at and antithetical to the U.S. Constitution and the humanity-affirming and Creator-affirming worldview upon which this document stands, an ultimate orientation expressed so clearly in the Declaration of Independence.

The two forms of terror -- the deceit and the murder -- are united in purpose when jihadists scream "Allahu Akbar" before slaughtering men, women, and children who are unaware they are in the immediate presence of wolves.

There is a direct line between Omar's Muslim privilege and the Pulse massacre.

And we might note, Mr. Obama, that "Omar wasn’t radicalized by the 'internet'," Greenfield continues.

Rather, "he got his ideas from Islamic clerics who got their ideas from Islam. He was 'radicalized' by the holiest texts of Islam. Just like every other Muslim terrorist. His actions weren't "senseless" or "nihilistic," he was acting out the Muslim privilege of a bigoted ideology."

Imam Abu Taubah, whose real name is Marcus Robertson, believes "some journalists need to be beheaded," a bold statement he insisted was said "facetiously."

Speaking Tuesday with Fox News host Greta Van Susteren about the deadly Orlando terrorist attack, which he condemned, Taubah suggested the fact that radical Islamists behead American reporters, like James Foley, is not the U.S.'s business.

"I believe some journalists need to be beheaded," he said, "but I wouldn’t have done that."

"Don’t we have our own problems here?" he asked. "Is it our business?"

"He told Van Susteren he does not believe the U.S. should do anything about the fact that radicals in the Middle East are beheading people, to include Americans," the Blaze reports.

British moms and dads were fuming after a school instructed students to write an essay explaining why they had converted to Islam.

Gemma Gough posted the assignment on Facebook -- and said her child would not be completing the assignment.

"This is not acceptable," she wrote. "Kids are too impressionable and imagine if these letters got in the wrong hands in years to come."

"The 12- and 13-year-old kids at Beaucamps High School in Guernsey were told to consider what it would be like to become a Muslim," Starnes explains. "They also had to write a letter to their loved ones explaining their decision to become a Muslim."

According to Starnes, the "controversial lesson was part of a creative writing exercise as part of a religious education lesson, The Daily Mail reports. The school pointed out that it was a make-believe scenario -- and no child was actually forced to convert to the Islamic faith."

No doubt appropriately skeptical, "local residents were not convinced," Starnes notes.

Rep. Stephen Lynch (D., Mass.) disclosed that a congressional investigation recently found that at least 72 people working at DHS also "were on the terrorist watch list."

"Lynch said he has 'very low confidence' in DHS based on its many failures over the years. For this reason, he voted in favor of recent legislation that will tighten the vetting process for any Syrian refugees applying for asylum in the United States," the Free Beacon reports.

"Is this a gun problem," Mr. Obama, "or an immigration problem that allows entry into our country of groups that hate America?" asks James Longstreet at American Thinker.

Governor Robert Bentley on Sunday announced he is refusing Syrian refugees relocating to Alabama.

"After full consideration of this weekend's attacks of terror on innocent citizens in Paris, I will oppose any attempt to relocate Syrian refugees to Alabama through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. As your Governor, I will not stand complicit to a policy that places the citizens of Alabama in harm's way," Governor Robert Bentley said.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is working diligently with the FBI, DHS and federal intelligence partners to monitor any possible threats. Law enforcement presence has been increased at major gathering events in Alabama to further insure the safety of citizens. To date, there has been no credible intelligence of any terrorist threats in Alabama.

Alabama currently has one U.S. State Department approved refugee processing center in Mobile. There have been no Syrian refugees relocated in Alabama to date, though neighboring states have processed a number of refugees.

“The acts of terror committed over the weekend are a tragic reminder to the world that evil exists and takes the form of terrorists who seek to destroy the basic freedoms we will always fight to preserve. I will not place Alabamians at even the slightest, possible risk of an attack on our people. Please continue to join me in praying for those who have suffered loss and for those who will never allow freedom to fade at the hands of terrorists," Governor Bentley added.

Dutch far-right politician Geert Wilders was Wednesday met by protesters as he helped launch a new political party in Perth, the Australian Liberty Alliance.

The Dutch firebrand and eurosceptic, who was controversially granted a visa, said the new party was modelled on his own Freedom Party in opposing "the Islamisation process."

The secular Australian Liberty Alliance was set up by the Q Society of Australia, a volunteer-run anti-Islam lobby group established in Victoria state in 2010. The size of its membership is not known.

"Elsewhere in Europe, like minded parties, such as in Austria, Sweden, France and even Switzerland, have become big parties as well," he said after braving a small but vocal group of protesters chanting "say it loud, say it clear, racists are not welcome here." "Wilders is often reviled for his fiery rhetoric, but his Freedom Party continues to ride high in opinion polls in the Netherlands amid the European refugee crisis," the AFP story concludes.

"You can make a dirty bomb, which would be perfect for the Islamic State," an arms smuggler is quoted as saying to a potential buyer in Moldova in an Associated Press report published Wednesday. "If you have a connection with them, the business will go smoothly."

Arms smugglers, says the report, are specifically targeting Islamic jihad groups, principally but not solely the Islamic State, to sell them material for bombs -- including nuclear material.

One explained: "I really want an Islamic buyer because they will bomb the Americans."

Students at Pine Bush High School in Pine Bush, New York, knew right away there was something not quite right about the Pledge of Allegiance. That’s because the pledge was being recited in Arabic.

"One nation under Allah," the student body president announced over the intercom system on Wednesday.

Reaction in the upstate New York high school was swift, and so was the backlash, The Times Herald-Record reports.

Furious students tried to shout down the recitation in their classrooms. Other students sat down in protest.

"School Superintendent Joan Carbone told the newspaper that the Arabic pledge 'divided the school in half,' noting that many complaints came from Jewish parents and those who had lost family members fighting the war on terror," Starnes writes.

The school has apologized. "We sincerely apologize for having the Pledge of Allegiance recited this morning in the high school in a language other than English," said the apology, according to Starnes. "In our school district the Pledge of Allegiance will only be recited in English as recommended by the Commissioner of Education."

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee took on President Obama's plans to fight climate change, saying that beheadings by the terror group ISIS is a "greater threat to an American than a sunburn."

"When he [President Obama] said the greatest threat this nation faces . . . I waited . . . and then he said . . . 'It's climate change,'" Huckabee, the potential 2016 presidential candidate, said at the Iowa Freedom Summit in Des Moines Saturday.

Perhaps the U.S. could create a similar protective wall to guard against drugs, gangs, terrorists, and illegal aliens criminally intruding into our country via Mexico.

Twelve people were left dead after two gunmen shot several staff members of Charlie Hebdo, a French magazine, but according to a humanities professor, the attack was warranted as the journalists belonged to "a newspaper devoted to hate speech."

Adam Kotsko, an assistant professor at Shimer College, a private liberal arts school in Chicago, tweeted that the terrorist attack was not surprising due to the magazine's satirical and oftentimes controversial content.

"It's no more surprising that someone would attack a newspaper devoted to hate speech than someone would beat up Westboro pastors," Kotsko said in a tweet which has since been deleted.

The professor later apologized on Twitter, "saying he chose 'the wrong example to make a general point'," according to Campus Reform.

"In a grotesque twist of the saying 'live by the sword, die by the sword,' an Islamic State executioner in Syria who carried out beheadings for the jihadist group has been found with his head cut off," Gianluca Mezzofiore writes at IBTimes. 

"The body of the Egyptian man, known to be the deputy emir of the feared al-Hesbah (or Hisbah) force in the eastern province of Deir al-Zor, was recovered near a power plant in al-Mayadeen city, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights," Mezzofiore states.

"The corpse showed signs of torture and carried the message 'This is evil, you Sheikh' written on it. The severed head also had a cigarette in its mouth. It is unclear who carried out the decapitation but the message was obvious," according to Mezzofiore.

"Islamic State's (formerly known as Isis) ban on cigarettes is one of its signature polices," Mezzofiore explains. "It has imposed a strict set of Sharia laws barring the use of drugs, alcohol and cigarettes in the territories it has conquered across a swathe of Iraq and Syria."

The details are still sketchy, but this is what is apparently confirmed as of this writing (8PM EST Sunday night): As many as 50 people have been taken hostage in the Lindt Chocolat Café in Sydney, Australia’s central pedestrian mall, Martin Place. Some of the hostages have been forced at gunpoint to hold up the black flag of Islamic jihad against a window of the café. . . .

This is an unprecedented event in the West. There have been jihad attacks, and hostage situations, but this is the first jihadist hostage event in a Western country since the Islamic State issued this threat in a September video: "We will conquer your Rome, break your crosses, and enslave your women, by the permission of Allah, the Exalted. This is His promise to us; He is glorified and He does not fail in His promise. If we do not reach that time, then our children and grandchildren will reach it, and they will sell your sons as slaves at the slave market."

Spencer concludes: "As Australians, and in due course Americans and Britons and Canadians, grow accustomed to the new possibility that a stop for a cup of coffee could result in one’s head being separated from one’s body, the time for this politically correct unreality about the jihad threat is over. Realism about the nature and magnitude of the threat is long overdue. The patrons inside the Lindt Chocolat Café, now hostages, deserve nothing less, as do the rest of the citizens of the embattled and besieged West.

Among other things, a Christian church that had stood on the ground of Iraq for 1,800 years -- a church that was erected less than 200 year after Christ -- was reportedly torched by the Islamic State, according to numerous news agencies, including Al Arabiya.

Islamic State jihadis also stormed and took over an ancient monastery in northern Iraq and expelled its few monks, telling them "You have no place here anymore, you have to leave immediately." The monks plead to be allowed to save some of the monastery’s ancient relics but the jihadis refused and ordered them to walk many miles along a deserted road with nothing but their clothes. (St. Behnam monastery had stood since the fourth century and was one of Iraq’s best-known Christian landmarks.  It was built by an Assyrian king as a penance for executing his children Behnam and Sarah for converting to Christianity.)

France's government is drawing up a new set of rules for theatres after the Paris Opera ejected a woman for wearing a veil during a performance, the institution's deputy director said Sunday.

The incident took place when a veiled woman was spotted on the front row of a performance of La Traviata at the Opera Bastille, Jean-Philippe Thiellay told AFP, confirming a media report.

"France brought in a law in 2011 banning anyone from wearing clothing that conceals the face in a public space, or face a 150 euro ($190) fine," AFP reports.

"The spectator and her companion -- tourists from the Gulf, according to MetroNews -- were asked to leave by an inspector during the interval," the AFP report continues.

"He told her that in France there is a ban of this nature, asked her to either uncover her face or leave the room. The man asked the woman to get up, they left," Thiellay is quoted as saying.

A new Government Accountability Institute (GAI) report reveals that President Barack Obama has attended only 42.1% of his daily intelligence briefings (known officially as the Presidential Daily Brief, or PDB) in the 2,079 days of his presidency through September 29, 2014.

The GAI report also included a breakdown of Obama’s PDB attendance record between terms; he attended 42.4% of his PDBs in his first term and 41.3% in his second.

The GAI’s alarming findings come on the heels of Obama’s 60 Minutes comments on Sunday, wherein the president laid the blame for the Islamic State’s (ISIS) rapid rise squarely at the feet of his Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

"I think our head of the intelligence community, Jim Clapper, has acknowledged that I think they underestimated what had been taking place in Syria," Obama is quoted as saying.

"According to Daily Beast reporter Eli Lake, members of the Defense establishment were 'flabbergasted' by Obama’s attempt to shift blame," Breitbart reports.

"Either the president doesn’t read the intelligence he’s getting or he’s bulls-------," a former senior Pentagon official 'who worked closely on the threat posed by Sunni jihadists in Syria and Iraq' told the Daily Beast," according to Breitbart.com.

A British housewife-turned terrorist known as the "White Widow" is training an all-woman army of suicide bombers for ISIS, it was reported Sunday.

Samantha Lewthwaite, whose husband blew himself up in the 2005 London bombings, joined ISIS this year and is now one of its most influential female members -- dubbed the "Special One" or the "Important Woman," Britain's Daily Star reports.

"Her most powerful weapon is her use of propaganda. She may well be orchestrating the videos we have been seeing emerge from [ISIS] in the last few weeks," an intelligence source is quoted as telling the Daily Star.

"Lewthwaite, 30, has been the world’s most-wanted woman since Interpol issued a "red notice" for her arrest following last year’s deadly terror attack on the Westgate mall in Nairobi, Kenya," according to the NYPost.

Radical Muslim preacher [Anjem Choudary] was arrested by police this morning, after claiming Britain will "never defeat Islamic State by bombs from the air" and that further military strikes would be a "rallying call" for Muslims.

Choudary, "the radical preacher arrested by Scotland Yard officers as part of an investigation into Islamist terrorism, sent a series of Tweets shortly before his detention claiming that airstrikes on Islamic State were a "war on Islam," the Telegraph reports. "The extremist was one of nine men arrested this morning by the Metropolitan Police as part of a major Islamist terrorism investigation."

The German government says it is going to crack down on volunteer patrols known as "Shariah police" recently seen walking outside nightclubs and a city train station asking passersby not to drink alcohol and gamble.

"Sharia law is not tolerated on German soil," Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere told the German newspaper Bild on Saturday. "Nobody can take it upon themselves to abuse the good name of the German police."

"The founder of the 'Shariah police' said the patrols aimed only to raise awareness in Wuppertal for strict Islamic traditions," the Blaze reports.

"These people’s intention is to provoke and intimidate and force their ideology," the Blaze quote Wuppertal Mayor Peter Jung as saying.

A surge in anti-Semitism in Germany has led Yakov Hadas-Handelsman, Israeli ambassador in Berlin, to say it is like a return to the Nazi era: "They pursue the Jews in the streets of Berlin . . . as if we were in 1938."

His comments came as Islamists were blamed for an "explosion" of anti-Semitism that has undermined Germany’s efforts to banish racism since the Holocaust.

According to German news site dw.de, Hadas-Hannelsman said: "We have nothing against demonstrations or against freedom of expression -- that's the core of democracy. But when, as happened this weekend, it leads to violence against the police or against pro-Israeli demonstrators, then it is unacceptable. I think Germans should be worried by that, because you also hear anti-Semitic slogans like 'Jews into the gas' -- in Germany?"

"It was reported that a group of Arabs shouted 'Jew, Jew, cowardly pig, come out and fight alone' and 'Death to Israel' at a recent demonstration and police officers did not interfere," according to Breitbart. "The Berlin newspaper Tagesspiegel ran the headline: 'Berlin police cower before Jew-haters.'

A 25-year-old woman was stoned to death by her family outside one of Pakistan's top courts on Tuesday in a so-called "honor" killing for marrying the man she loved, police said.

Farzana Iqbal was waiting for the High Court in the eastern city of Lahore to open when a group of around dozen men began attacking her with bricks, said Umer Cheema, a senior police officer.

Her father, two brothers and former fiance were among the attackers, he said. Iqbal suffered severe head injuries and was pronounced dead in hospital, police said.

All the suspects except her father escaped. He admitted killing his daughter, Cheema said, and explained it was a matter of honor. Many Pakistani families think a woman marrying her own choice of man brings dishonor on the family.

"Around 1,000 Pakistani women are killed every year by their families in honor killings, according to Pakistani rights group the Aurat Foundation," Reuters reports.

However, the "true figure is probably many times higher since the Aurat Foundation only compiles figures from newspaper reports," according to Reuters. "The government does not compile national statistics."

A "few cases" reportedly make it to court, "and those that do can take years to be heard. No one tracks how many cases are successfully prosecuted," Reuters reports.

"Even those that do result in a conviction may end with the killers walking free," according to Reuters. "Pakistani law allows a victim's family to forgive their killer."

"But in honor killings," Reuters continues, "most of the time the women's killers are her family, said Wasim Wagha of the Aurat Foundation. The law allows them to nominate someone to do the murder, then forgive him."

Nigerian parents lashed out on Tuesday at the government's failure to rescue scores of schoolgirls kidnapped two weeks ago by Boko Haram Islamists, as a local leader claimed the hostages had been sold as wives abroad.

"May God curse every one of those who has failed to free our girls," said Enoch Mark, whose daughter and two nieces were among the more than 100 students abducted from the Government Girls Secondary School in the Chibok area of northeastern Borno state.

The attack was one of the most shocking in Boko Haram's five-year uprising, which has claimed thousands of lives across northern and central Nigeria.

"Pogo Bitrus, leader of a Chibok elders group [said] locals had been tracking the movements of the hostages with the help of 'various sources' across the northeast," AFP reports.

"From the information we received yesterday from Cameroonian border towns, our abducted girls were taken . . . into Chad and Cameroon," Bitrus is quoted as saying.

"The girls were then sold as brides to Islamist fighters for 2,000 naira ($12) each, Mr. Bitrus added," according to AFP.

The Central African Republic (CAR) is "descending into complete chaos," becoming a breeding ground for extremists and threatening to sink into religious and ethnic conflict that could spread through an already troubled region, the U.N. Security Council was told on Monday.

Tens of thousands of Christians who have fled violent attack by Muslim rebels are sheltering at a Catholic mission in a town called Bossangoa, about 250 miles north of the capital, Bangui. Last week, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius warned that the country was "on the verge of genocide."

"CAR is a mostly Christian and animist country, a little smaller than Texas, with a long history of instability," Goodenough reports. "The U.N. says virtually the entire population of 4.6 million is affected by the current crisis, which erupted almost a year ago when an Islamic rebel alliance called Seleka began launching attacks."

Parents at a Wichita, Kan. elementary school were shocked to discover a giant wall display inside the building promoting the five pillars of Islam.

The large exhibit was erected before the start of the school year as part of a religion component being taught at Minneha Core Knowledge Magnet School, a school district spokesperson told Fox News.

"The bulletin board that originally caused the concern does represent the 5 Pillars of Islam -- in a historical context of their studies," the spokesman is quoted as saying. 

According to Starnes, "The district said the photograph of the bulletin board is misleading because it is 'without context'."

"There is also a painting of the Last Supper hanging in the school as part of the study of art and the Renaissance period," the spokesman is also quoted as saying. "A photo take of a bulletin board without context is misleading, and some have taken it out of context without having all the information."

"Nevertheless," Starnes writes, "the school has removed the Islamic bulletin board until the subject matter is taught later this fall."

In its latest newsletter, ISNA promotes an article by Rev. Brent Walker, Executive Director of the Baptist Joint Committee on Religious Liberty. Walker boasts of how his organization stood with ISNA against "misguided congressional investigations of terrorism focused only on Islam."

The ISNA official that Walker specifically references as a friend is Sayyid Syeed, former ISNA Secretary-General and current director of its Office for Interfaith and Community Alliances. In 2006, he was recorded stating, "Our job is to change the constitution of America."

"This comment is less surprising when you consider ISNA’s background," Mauro writes. "A 1991 U.S. Muslim Brotherhood memo identifies it as one of its fronts for its “kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within."

A Nigerian Christian leader was killed when suspected Muslim militants burst into his home and shot him, as the religious fighting in Africa’s most populous nation continues to worsen.

Two members of Islamic militant group Boko Haram shot Faye Pama Mysa, a Pentecostal pastor and secretary of the Christian Association of Nigeria, in his home Wednesday, according to multiple reports. The attack came just after President Goodluck Jonathan declared a state of emergency because of ongoing attacks.

"Boko Haram translates to 'Western education is sacrilege'," Fox reports. "Christians have been a major target of Boko Haram and its offshoots, as scores of churches have been bombed or burned since the Islamists, who have links to Al Qaeda, launched their insurgency in 2009 in the predominantly Muslim north."

Here is yet another instance of the Islamic supremacist/leftist war on free speech -- particularly egregious in the wake of the Boston Marathon jihad bombings. The message is all the more crucial now. For years, my colleagues and I labored under the most heinous circumstances. Anyone who opposes the jihad and the Sharia must endure a constant withering attack on one's name, reputation, integrity, and even spirit.

I was scheduled to speak at the Chabad Flamingo Synagogue in Thornhill, right outside of Toronto's city limits, on May 13. But now Islamic supremacist groups in Canada, with willing aid from the Canadian police, have succeeded in getting the event canceled under police pressure, and the organizers are looking for a new location.

According to Geller, "Insp. Ricky Veerappan, of the York Regional Police force's diversity, equity and inclusion bureau," said this: "Some of the stuff that Ms. Geller speaks about runs contrary to the values of York Regional Police and the work we do in engaging our communities."

To which Geller replies: "Let me understand this. The 'stuff' that I speak about -- gender apartheid, creed apartheid, Islamic Jew-hatred, honor killing -- runs contrary to their values? What exactly are their values? Imposing Sharia? Because that's exactly what they're doing. My value is life. What's theirs?"

Pastor Joel C. Hunter of Florida’s Northland Church is under fire for his stance against the state’s proposed legislation based on American Laws for American Courts. He chose a peculiar individual to help make his case: Atif Fareed, former chairman of the Council on American-Islamic Relations-Florida.

The influence of Pastor Hunter is not to be dismissed. His church’s congregation numbers around 15,000 and he sits on the boards of the National Association of Evangelicals and the World Evangelical Alliance. He has served on President Obama’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships and remains a "spiritual advisor" to him.

Hunter opposes the legislation, which is designed to stop foreign law from superseding American law, because he sees it as an "unnecessary law that increases bias and heightens animosity between Christians and Muslims." Although it is often described as "anti-Shariah" legislation, it doesn’t mention Shariah or Islam. It is focused on all foreign law.

"The Florida Family Association went into action when Hunter asked Atif Fareed . . . to read a statement to the Florida Senate Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability for him," Mauro writes.

"CAIR was labeled an unindicted co-conspirator in the country’s largest terrorism-finance trial and was listed among 'individuals/entities who are and/or were members of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee and/or its organizations'," Mauro explains. "The Palestine Committee is a secret Brotherhood body set up to support the Hamas agenda in America."

In the latest act of bruising intolerance being perpetrated by Muslims against Pakistan’s besieged Christian community, a Muslim mob recently burned down over 150 Christian homes and two churches over allegations that a Christian man had committed blasphemy. [emphasis added]

The rioting, which occurred in the Pakistani city of Lahore, began after a Muslim man accused Sawan Masih, a Pakistani Christian, of insulting the Prophet Muhammad, an allegation punishable by death under Pakistan’s blasphemy laws.

Even though Pakistani police had swiftly arrested Masih, Christian families nevertheless hurriedly fled the area in fear of Muslim reprisals, an exodus which proved fortuitous given the ensuing Muslim rampage.

"Once the mob’s fury had been spent, Christians slowly made their way back to their burned-out homes, leaving one Christian surveying the destruction to lament, 'Nothing is left here. I don't know why this happened'," Crimi writes.

"The answer to that question, unfortunately, is exceedingly clear given the type of barbaric treatment routinely meted out by Muslims to those Christians and other religious minorities unfortunate enough to run afoul of Pakistan’s notorious blasphemy laws."

The Christian neighborhood of Joseph Colony in Lahore, Pakistan was attacked on Saturday after a Christian sanitation worker allegedly blasphemed the Prophet Mohammed.

Several thousand people armed with batons and pistols set fire to houses and churches on Saturday morning, according to the New York Times.

178 houses, 18 shops and 2 churches were damaged by fires, the Times reported.

Several policemen were hurt as they tried to intervene.

The attackers "vandalized Christians' houses, desecrated churches and opened fire on the police," according to a police spokesman named Multan Khan, reports GlobalPost report.
