Cruz to Levin: Investigate the Mississippi Runoff
Speaking to radio talk show host Mark Levin, Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas said the following about the GOP Senate primary runoff between incumbent Thad Cochran and Tea Party-backed challenger Chris McDaniel:
In the past week or so, we have seen serious allegations of voter fraud, and I very much hope that no Republican was involved in voter fraud.
But these allegations need to be vigorously investigated, and anyone involved in criminal conduct should be prosecuted.
The voters of Mississippi deserve to know the truth.
