Krauthammer: 7.1 Million Obamacare Enrollees a "Phony Number"

President Obama announced [yesterday] that 7.1 million Americans have enrolled on health-insurance plans through Obamacare, a number that is "wonderfully precise," according to Charles Krauthammer.
"These guys go six months without any idea what the numbers are, and all of a sudden it’s to a decimal point."
