Or as she said on air: "I'm a proud member of the 'Gay Gestapo.'" This was her witty retort to a profamily, pro-marriage spokesman who had taken issue with Costello for sharply cutting him off in a previous program, as he was beginning to cite evidence of the unhealthy nature of homosexual behavior.
