Thieves Steal Obama's Teleprompter!

When you see President Obama speak, there is a pretty typical setup including the presidential seal on a podium, the see-thru Teleprompter and a portable sound system.
Thieves saw the truck carrying that equipment and couldn't resist the target.
This Alarming Event Raises Serious Questions, America: Now that Barry's teleprompter has been stolen and he therefore is incapacited, does this mean Joe Biden is acting president of the United States?
Or does the theft of the presidential teleprompter constitute a national crisis, requiring a suspension of elections and the Constitution, to save the Republic, to Create or Save Jobs, to Save the Democrat Party, and to Save Obama?
Finally: Is Michelle still Queen?
